Our Friend and Colleague Brett Richards
Brett RichardsWZLX lost a friend and colleague. Brett Richards, one of our weekend DJ’s passed away unexpectedly. Brett loved being on the air at WZLX. He loved music, was a devoted Red Sox fan, and he was committed to the charities he worked with. We lost a beloved member of the WZLX family. He will forever be missed and he will never be forgotten.Brett Richards was devoted to two causes that were near and dear to his heart.
The first is the organization called Right Turn located in Arlington, Mass. Right Turn is a creative place for recovery. Right Turn is the premier treatment facility that uses creativity as a means to support those who seek recovery from their addictions. For more information or make a donation in Brett’s memory, go to http://www.right-turn.org
Brett also worked hard for the Non-Toxic Avengers, Led by Jenna Delp, daughter of the late Brad Delp. Click here for more info: http://mongolrally10.theadventurists.com/index.php?mode=teamwebsites&name=the-non-toxic-avengers

Wow. I just got to the site and saw this article. What a shock. My condolences to the WZLX family as a whole as all the on-air personalities have made me feel like part of the same family. My thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family.
