Police in Jensen, Florida saw a swerving car and pulled over 53-year-old David Wagner. Panicking in a drunken stupor, Wagner reached for what he thought was the cigarette behind his ear to help cover the smell of booze, only to find and try to smoke his hearing aid.

Wagner continued to obliviously smoke his hearing aid thinking it was a cigarette, until the cop who pulled him over finally had to tell Wagner what he was burning.

Perhaps even more disturbing, Wagner- who was out getting his wife a milkshake after she had some teeth pulled earlier that day- just gave in and confessed to being really drunk after polishing off half a bottle of Jagermeister.
